There is one open tear across the top edge of the spine top and a small chipped tear across the bottom of the spine end. There is a long, neatly repaired tear across the middle of the front of the dust jacket and a fold on the front bottom tip of the d.j. But don't let that discourage you. The book itself is tight bound, clean, crisp, and has only a very light bump to the bottom of the spine. Price reflects dust jacket damage. Very Good / poor. Item #17630
